Steph’s Fresh started with a simple question: Where can I buy a fresh, homemade meal?
The lunch problem
For years, lunch was usually a sad rotation of food court repeats, overpriced “healthy” options that didn’t taste great, or frozen meals I’d heat up in the office microwave. The worst part wasn’t just the cost - it was that none of it felt fresh, filling, or comforting.
What I really wanted was something homemade. Something that warms your soul. Something fresh.
The leap
I found myself falling in love with cooking - messy, imperfect, and joyful. So, I took a leap of faith and left my job to start Steph's Fresh. I kept coming back to a line Jeffrey told Ina Garten when she quit her job: “Do what you love. If you love it, you will be very good at it." That became my mantra, and I went all in.

Steph’s Fresh is my way of putting fresh, homemade flavor within easy reach. I started from scratch, learned the ropes, and tested recipes until they felt like something you’d be excited to keep in your fridge.

Steph’s Fresh is for anyone who wants real, delicious food without dedicating hours in the kitchen with time or energy you simply don’t have. My sauces are made to help you eat well on busy days - whether you’re cooking for one, feeding a family, or just trying to make dinner feel easier.
