Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order is incorrect or there is an issue with your product, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Include your order number and a photo if applicable, and we will do our best to make it right.

Market Pickup Orders

Orders placed for market pickup must be picked up during market hours at the selected location.

• Orders not picked up during market hours may not be eligible for a refund
• If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us in advance

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within a limited time after being placed. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Storage Responsibility

All products must be kept refrigerated. We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper storage after pickup.
