A creamy, cozy mac & cheese that feels instantly comforting and totally weeknight-friendly. Steph’s Fresh Mac & Cheese sauce gets warmed until smooth and velvety, then tossed with perfectly al dente pasta and finished with buttery, golden toasted breadcrumbs for a little crunch in every bite.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

• 2 containers Steph's Fresh Mac & Cheese

• 1 package pasta of your choice

• 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

• 2 Tb butter

• Pink of Paprika 

• Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Toast the breadcrumbs: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the panko breadcrumbs, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring often, until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and lightly toasted. Remove from heat.

3. Warm the sauce: In a separate pan over medium-low heat, add Steph’s Fresh Mac & Cheese sauce and heat until hot and creamy, stirring often. (Be careful not to let it boil.)

4. Combine: Add the drained pasta into the warm mac & cheese sauce and stir until fully coated and creamy.

5. Serve: Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs. Serve warm and enjoy!
