Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 20 Minutes | Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS

• 1 container Steph’s Fresh Lemon Caper Sauce

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

• 3 tbsp olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

• ½ tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the chicken: Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thin cutlets, or pound them to an even ½-inch thickness.
  2. Dredge: In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge each chicken cutlet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  3. Brown the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. Simmer the sauce: Reduce the heat to low and add Steph’s Fresh Lemon Caper Sauce to the same skillet. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Finish and serve: Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over each piece. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
